J OUBERTON COMMUNITY TO RECEIVE BOOKS ON WORLD BOOK AND COPY RIGHTS DAY About 6000 books will be donated to the Jouberton Community and Stakeholders during World Book and Copyright Day on April 20 and 21 at Matlosana Local Municipality in Dr Kenneth Kaunda District. The World Book and Copyright Day event is a collaboration between the North West Provincial Department of Arts, Culture, Sports and Recreation (ACSR), The National Library of South Africa (NLSA), National Library for the Blind (NLB) and the City of Matlosana Local Municipality. World Book and Copyright Day   is a celebration to promote the enjoyment of books and reading. Every year on April 23 celebrations take place all over the world to recognize the magical power of books - a link between the past and the future, a bridge between generations and across cultures.
